This is an Abstract Lotus mediation, I created on Canvas with Oil Paints and than digitally enhanced my Original Painting.
meditate and concentrate yourself unto that limit, when all the nine doors of your body are opened, and you enlightened with ultimate truth.
Meditation is a practice where an individual trains the mind or induces a mode of consciousness.
